Afro
Feel the rhythm. Experience the energy.
Afro is an explosive dance style full of energy, rhythm and expression. The style originates from various African dance cultures and is combined with modern influences such as Afrobeats, Amapiano and Afro Fusion. The powerful movements, smooth grooves and infectious music make it impossible to stand still.
During our Afro classes, you will work on your sense of rhythm, coordination, musicality and body control. You will learn choreographies that bring together strength, flow and personality. Of course, there is also plenty of attention to presence, performance and, above all, having lots of fun dancing.
Whether you are discovering Afro for the first time or already have some experience, our classes are suitable for everyone who loves dance and music. Our enthusiastic instructors will guide you step by step, helping you build confidence in your own movements and style.
Afro is more than just a dance class. It is a positive and energetic experience where you can challenge yourself, meet new people and work together on exciting choreographies for our end-of-season performances.

For street dance/hip-hop, it’s best to wear clothes that allow you to move well and freely, so skinny jeans aren’t very handy. also make sure you don’t get too hot in it too quickly, dancing is quite intensive, so a t-shirt is always good. It is also important that you wear clean sports shoes / sneakers.
Yes, at the end of the season we organize the annual final performances in the theater. That’s a fantastic end to the dance year where you can show your dancing skills on stage to all your friends and family!
